Hi there,
I'm currently doing a bit of talent-scouting for my band. Looking for a regular guitarist to join us (not as adhoc basis!)
Our band is just starting to do wedding gigs, and have thus far secured 10 wedding gig performance over the next 6 months. Currently we have a keyboardist and a couple of singers in the band. We are looking for a guitarist so that couples have an option for guitarist. Here's what we are roughly looking out for:
As we are just starting out, remuneration for wedding gigs for the guitarist starts from $200++ and onwards. We can't guaranteee that you get a wedding gig immediately, but if you are looking out for a band (with nice people) to grow together and have fun jamming together, we are a pretty good choice ; )

- Minimally able to play the guitar for 2x sets of (45 min each) performance during weddings while the singer sings
- Minimally able to to have some variety in playing styles, plucking and strumming
- Minimally able to do Mando and Eng pop songs, mainly wedding songs
- Join us for our regular monthly gig hangout (no remuneration, just as a form of publicity and practice, and fun
), where we go 'live' on our facebook page - Work with the singers before a wedding gig to get the song arrangement and keys right
- Will be good if you are able to play and sing as well
- WIll be good if you are a male guitarist who is able to play and sing
