Guitarist available for healthy collaborations

Greetings folks,

I'm looking for people to work together with, either in a live band or songwriting/recording format. I've been playing guitar for about 14 years, and have a diverse range of influences. Genres I particularly enjoy/have dabbled in include:

Pop, Progressive Rock/Metal, Avant Garde Metal, Jazz, Psychadelic Trance, World Music (this list goes on for quite abit..)

My favourite artists include:
Red Snapper, Shpongle, Metallica, Pat Metheny, Idan Raichel, Opeth, Dream Theater, Infected Mushroom, Yngwie Malmsteen, Rammstein, Sting and Oingo Boingo.

So if you're looking for someone who's willing to think out of the box, keen to try new things, and OPEN to the musical experience, then please feel free to drop me a line. I have a commitment to play 3 weekends a month, so if you're interested in gigging and can work around my constraint of the one off weekend, that's definitely a possibility. My availability for jamming/collaborations is one weekday evening, and the earlier part of the weekend.

If you're interested in home recording, I have a Pro Tools LE system and am very happy to collaborate with you on your ideas (or even write some new ones together!). I'm comfortable playing guitar, programming drums, and filling in on very light bass duties. Appended below are some recordings that I have put together/participated in over the years.

NOTE: I have absolutely no interest in working with anybody who wishes to dictate every aspect of the way things work, and who lacks common courtesy. I am happy to work with you to realize *your* particular vision however, as long as you ask nicely. If you'd like to discuss things further, you drop me an e-mail or MSN me at adamqlw @ gmail.com
