PJC Music Store
129 Ortigas Home Depot Julia Vargas St. Pasig
About 15mins. walk from SM Megamall.
they sell mostly PRS, Epiphone, Elegee Custom Guitars and very few Gibson and ESPs since they are really expensive. Customer service here rocks! You can try any guitars there!
Audiophile Music
AliMall Cubao, Quezon City
This is one of my favorite stores. Wide selection of Ibanez electric and acoustic guitars.
RJ Music
This is in Makati.
Of course you can also find Yamaha Guitar store in most of the malls there.

If you know someone that can take you to Quiapo, Manila, you can get some good deals there.
It is somewhere in a street called Raon. The street is famous for selling electronic/electrical parts. But remember, be with someone that knows that area well, (a friend or relative maybe).
Guitars are very cheap there (compared to the prices of guitar sold in Malls). I bought an acoustic guitar (Fernando brand). I don't know the model but it has a built in pickup (inside the guitar, I cannot see it in the guitar hole), it also has a tuner and a 3-band equalizer. I bought it at P4,500. Around 150SGD.

Judging from your taste in equipment, I can safely say that you're better off with the selection you can get locally here in Singapore. I don't think there's anything interesting in Manila that you can't find here, unless you're looking for cheap copy guitars. If you're looking for branded or boutique stuff, forget about it. We have quite a healthy selection right here.
