Hey Guys i'm new to this forum  Would like to know where can i get a good setup for my Floyd rose guitar? I took out all the strings to clean the fretboard throughly and i also change the string gauge... And yes i manage to destroy the good action that i used to have.:( So any place to recommend and roughly how much would it cost? Thanks!

Hmmm.. town area will be good, eg parklane, peninsula. Really need a nice setup, i brought my guitar to the shop at the top level of Westmall asking if they do guitar setup, this guy says yes but i think he know nuts about floyd rose guitar (no offence if you are here). He raise the tremolo part using the 2 big screws(dunno what it's called) then give it back to me, haha. Yea he din charged for it but i was't happy.

Learn to set the action yourself ah. I did. And i don't own a floyd rose-d guitar.
But i've changed strings, set the bridge and action for quite a number of people. I just asked for kopi peng in return. :) [Hah..sorry i f i spoil market. Didn't mean to]

The key is patience. :)

did you adjust the truss rod and intonation after that?

I recommend Mike @ Standard Value also. He did it top-notch for my Ibanez, she plays like a dream, and others also say she's perfectly playable. Also, while setting up my guitar, Mike explained a lot of the process to me so I understand what's going on. Really friendly guy, too. SV's my favourite guitar shop. Only gripe is the limited supply of Ernie Ball strings
