service charge varies for every shop. basically for a new neck, you better make sure the neck is aligned with the body before the holes are drilled. to me that is the most crucial thing to take note of. bring it to an experienced tech. sounds simple but don't take the risk. no room for screw ups here.
anyone can do wiring so go for the cheapest I guess. it's best if the tech can do both and give you a good package price.
