Guitar Knobs

Hi guy, I have a Les Paul guitar and wanted to chooes the knobs from Top-Hat to Speed Knobs. Can i know how do change them? or ittis better to send it to a luther? thanks :?

Just pluck it out. You use a cloth and go under the knobs, then put it out.
