Hi, I'm just wondering if there's anybody who can help with this prob:
Somebody out of his kind heart decided to re-touch the lacquer on my guitar when I sent it in for repair (it was for my POTs btw, not the finish). Anyway, it wasn't a good job and the lacquer actually started cracking and bits have fallen off... so now it really looks like crap.
My Question Is: Is there anybody who can do a good job to TAKE IT ALL OFF instead of re-lacquering it?
My original was that the old finish was so worn down it looked like almost natural wood. Btw, my guitar is an old SG-copy (made some time ago maybe even before I was born), and I'm not sure, but it looks like a rosewood guitar. (the general colour of the wood itself is that rosewood/walnut stain colour - not the finish).
Can someone please help? This was like my first guitar and I'm really disappointed it got mucked up like this....
Thank you very much!
