Guitar connecting to two amps.

I was thinking of connecting my 10 watt practice amp to a peavy acoustic amp to sound louder. Does the eq settings have to be the same on both amps? or do I have to adjust my eq settings on my practice amp and adjust everything on the peavy acoustic amp to flat(5 for every controls)? Please enlighten me....

It really depends on how you want it to sound doesn't it.

To answer, you don't HAVE to do anything. Your amps won't explode and the cat next door won't get cancer.


Edit: In case I wasn't clear, you don't have to do anything to the tone knobs. But you have to be really sure about what you are doing when connecting 2 amps together. There are some configurations that will work, and some that will be disastrous. Make sure you know the ratings of everything or ask someone who does.
