anyone where i can get the guitar book 'speed mechanic' by troy stetina..i heard good reviews about this book....anyone has any experience with it??

hey,
i had a private teacher that printed a copy of the whole book for me. speed mechanics is quite a good book to learn fast lead guitar. but it can get boring after awhile, since its mostly all 'drills' to improve technique. its a pretty old book so its hard to find.
