Customised stuff generally costs a lot. I doubt many people have considered such an alternative when there are lots of good commercial choices.
Here's where I got a custom bag for my pedalboard. I paid about $200 for it if I recall, and mine's just a simple rectangle. But if money is not an issue you could contact them and see what they can do. They're a simple family run shop and are really friendly.

Yep, agreed, it's generally much more expensive. If you want a really good quality one, go for MONO at CM. Then decorate it however you want.
