Guarantee

I recently bought a Ibanez PGM from swee lee during the sale. It is still under guarantee . I found out today that there was a crack in the guitar near the pickup rings at the neck pickup. It is found of both side of the pickup ring near the screws going upwards towards the headstock. Im pretty sure that it is not cause by me as ive only used for home practices and usually keeps it in the hardcase when not in use. I wonder if i can bring back to swee lee , and i wonder if they can help me?
