GT-8 or POD XT Live

Hey softies.

I am torn between the Boss GT-8 and the Line 6 POD XT Live.

I play metal 99% of the time so i was wondering which one would deal the damage. Kill em' all.

ALL. I MEAN ALL views are welcome.

Views from multi efx users. Stompbox lovers. Anything!

The more opinions the better.

One last thing, where can i get a new GT-8? Its discontinued ):

ONE LAST THING. Anybody supports the Korg AX3000?

Ebenex has the GT-8 i think but its quite costly. Why not look at the pod x3 and GT-10 if you are buying first hand. I've been using multi fx since day one and I'd say that the multi fx does delivers and its great for a wide range of tones you want.

i just got a xtlive, and imo, its better then i imagined..
the manual is too thick though,.,

also i think it wud be better if u looked around the forums for reviews on other effects too.

zoom g9.2tt multi effect user here.. metal player too..

for u, who plays 99% metal... please go for single effects..

i have tried many heavy distortion pedals but i still like the one i bought, digitech metal master. there are reviews on it.. go check it out!

if you ask me, my vote is for the gt-8.
you ask me why? i say "search". lol. can't find which thread i posted in, but i gave some useful info.
