Condition is near mint, just some pick scratches which really don't affect anything and only visible at certain angles. Mastergrade Sitka Spruce top, Indian Rosewood back/sides. Installed the LR Baggs Anthem and swapped the ebony pins for FMI pins. Fantastic sounding piece.
