Should be Steve Stevens! He was the guy that played on Motley Crue singer Vince Neil's 1st solo album. The guy is also a long time guitarist for Billy Idol.

I think for "most 'glam' rock guitarist", that vote can also go to Jeff Labar from Cinderella! Funny thing is that guy don't play much guitar solos in the band (mostly played by lead singer Tom Keifer), mostly what he did was play the occasional solos, but mostly rhythm and then poses here and there... not to mention his trademark shape-throwing! :lol:
