G2 adapter problems.

Hi there, just claimed the g2.1u adapter on 23/12. There is a problem with it.Can I exchange it? Never used, still have the receipt.

Yes the adapters are in stock now, please kindly bring along your receipt, along with the faulty adapter to our showroom for the exchange.
