G&W TW-DB500 Super Audio Isolation Transformer New stock arrived
Qing Yi Lun has launched a new TW-DB500 Super Audio dedicated purifier.
Being self-reliance with social commitment, after painstaking research and development, a comprehensive power device the TW-DB500 Super Audio dedicated purifiers, Using 500 watts EI core transformers imported from Japan together with common mode inductance isolation filtering. Although EI type power transformers are very bulky with low efficiency, its main strength is that with a large load, it has higher anti-magnetic saturation ability.
The use of isolation power transformers on the power grid is to isolate out the third harmonic and linear load current waveform distortion caused by any equivalent in your household. Utilizing a power supply circuit with smaller form factor, EMI & RF clutter can be lowered.
TW-DB500 Super Audio dedicated purifiers, uses the latest technology by means of a common mode filter inductor, together with the use of isolation power transformer, audio and visual equipment will have reduction in noise and power consumption, filtering effect doubles the standard power filter thus greatly improving sonics, so that the quality of sound and image can be 20% to 30% improved significantly.

Bros take note this being a smaller 500Watts AC transformer, it’s not recommended that your integrated amp or power amp higher than this rating be plug into the Isolated sockets. But can plug into the bypass or filtered sockets for best effect. I would see this to be very effective for low powered devices like Sources, DACs, Pre-amp, NAS, LCD/LED TVs, HTPC. Reviews came from bros with problem on Noise and hiss on their mixers, straight away sees a 90% drop in noise level. very critical if your home power is not clean.
PS : Label says super power supply with filter, This is NOT a battery pack.
only 4 sockets Isolated use.
with a voltmeter it brings up the value of it.
