Brian Applegate trained under Jim Olson for a period of time and his guitars look and sound distinctly Olson-esque. Several people who asked Jim about a commission but were put off by the significantly expensive price tag were recommended to Applegate by Olson himself. (You can do a check on the Olson website) Anyhow, this is a GREAT guitar that excels in fingerstyle as well as strumming. It's hard to go wrong with any of these fine top notch luthiers. The 5 piece neck on this guitar was built by Jim Olson himself unlike the newer pieces. MINT condition. ZERO fret wear.
