This is the first and original Ibanez Artist dual cutaway model that I bought from Swee Lee in 1977. This was Ibanez top guitar, cost $1000 back in 1977! This guitar features a very heayy body, their top line Super 80 pickups, abalone inlays on headstock and fingerboard, gold hardware including the premium 'cloud' style tailpiece. I am selling mine off for a low low price of $688 only! The guitar is still beautiful, but as there is quite a bit of wear and tear on it, this guitar is not for fussy buyers, but only for those who want a great playing high quality guitar that is perhaps not so beautiful as it once was. Please note the tarnishing and some corrosion on the pickup covers, bridge and tailpiece. The binding on the body has also cracked up in certain parts. These things do not affect the playability and sound quality of ths guitar.
