You're looking at a 2001 Ibanez J-Custom RG8520 (JCRG20) LA W/OHSC. In excellent condition, the neck is perfectly straight and has minor fret wear.

Only mods done are a Dimarzio Airzone neck pickup and an upgraded larger lo-pro-edge tremolo brass block (original included). Missing back plate.
