Hi all, selling this one. Bought from LutherMusic in Dec 2013. Slightly more than one year old.

Solid Sitka Spruce Top glossy finish
Mahogany back and sides gloss finish
Real bone nut and saddle
43mm nut
Mahogany neck
Rosewood fingerboard
*New Elixir strings 12-53 installed Dec 2014, lemon oil on fingerboard applied
Superb condition, not a scratch, totally flawless. see pics. Pickguard removed with light tan line showing. Plays well sounds great.
Comes as a package including deluxe gigbag (thick padding with neck cushion, worth $50) and original Alvarez black cotton strap (worth $15).
