Fret problem

I have this fret problem. All the other frets on my guitar are okay except the 1st and 2nd fret of the 1st string.
When I press on 1st and 2nd fret the sound doesn't come out right. It buzzes very badly.The buzz only stops on the 3rd fret.
Bought the guitar, noticed it today :? crap.
Any way to fix this?

could be your action's too low? try raising the action a lil. or if all else fails, bring it to a tech to get it rectified
