Forming Jpop/rock band

Hi, I'm looking to form a Jpop/rock band

Mainly playing songs from LiSA, Aoi Eir, Aya Hirano, Nano and latest anisongs.

I'm playing lead here so I'm looking for Vocalist, Rhythm,Keys,Drums and bassist

Requirements are at least knowing how to play by ear as new songs hardly have tabs or correct tabs

Age 17-25
