Forming A Band

Hey mates, i am a vocalist and i am interested in forming a band playing music from the 70s to 90s.. Stuffs like skid row, led zeppelin, guns n roses, whitesnake and etc.. I don't really care much on talent as so far, as long as the band members are willing to improve it will be fine.. I need a drummer, two guitarist(lead and rhythm) and a bassist.. Hi A lead guitarist here, I do most of the stuff you mentioned there also. I sometimes also do some Dream Theater, Mr. Big, or solos of Paul Gilbert, John Petrucci, etc., I have performed frequently, but not so much with recording, am I eligible?
