Folk-punk singer/songwriting partner

My name's Neal, I'm 38, originally from London and looking for a songwriting partner to write some folk-punk style tunes to play and record locally. I'm open to a guitarist, bassist, drummer, keyboardist, whatever but you MUST be able to write and sing harmonies. Hi Neal,
I am a 36 year old from England who moved to Singapore a few months ago.
I play guitar and have been in quite a few bands over the years. I am also comfortable on bass.
I write lots of music, but am not great with lyrics (I'm not an amazing singer, either).
