sorry im a noob. i just got a guitar with a floyd rose..but i find it kinda hard to pull it backwards..issit me or is the thing still not "seasoned"? can it be adjusted? how??? HELP!!

I'm having the same problem with my lo pro edge. Its very smooth when i dive it but when i pull it up it just kinda gets stuck. Can somebody help?

Hey, I found out that you need to do a neck shim. Just put some folded piece of paper into the neck joint behind the screw holes. Then, adjust the trem to a higher position and you should have kept the action low but freed some space for you to pull up the trem.

Floyd roses or other tremolos and floating bridges...

From experience, I hate them. Luckily there're plenty of superstrats and fatstrats with fixed bridges...

these sorta tremolo needs a lotta strength! think of it as pulling all 6 strings with bare hands. the tension is bloody strong!

to use it with lesser strength, pull the trem at the edge of the bar while playing. we all learned about levers, so yeah...

apart from the floating trems, i thought the bigsby trems are easier to play
