*** About Fibelis:
Fibelis - An instrumental trio. Creating new waves of Funk, Pop and Jazz. The band (all born in 1989) i started out in late 2007 when the 3 'Fusion Brothers' (Stephen on Guitars, Naz on Keys and CK on drums) met in LASALLE College of Arts majoring in Music. Their repertoire includes covers like Room 335, L.O.V.E or Lets Get It On and some of their original works like Bonds of Harmonies or Funk Jam
Stephen’s most likable genre is the Blues and he gets most influenced by Joe Bonamassa. His improvisation and tone is exceptionally fine and is a great contribution as the lead guitarist of the band.
Naz is currently a member of NovoBloco - a 7-piece band playing carnival rhythms fused with contemporary sounds, supported by Bloco Singapura. His great feel and knowledge towards the keyboard has landed him to play and session for various Pop group and artists such as Didicazli, Stoned Revivals and ‘Singapore/Asian Idol’, Hardy Mirza. He is also winner of 'Best Keyboardist' award in the Yamaha Asian Beat 2009.
CK also known as the Loud One provides the backbone of the power trio. His solid groove keeps the band together and always stuns the crowd with his solo known as ‘Fast’,’ Slick’, ‘Showy’ and ‘Enjoyable’. He is part of the percussion group Urban Drum Crew and has performed in quite a number of major events such as LIME Sonic Bang 2006, Sony Ericsson Traffic Jam Party – opening for Chris Daughtry, World Aids Day 2008 – Love Amplified, ION Shopping mall official launch - opening for Wang Lee Hom and many more! He is also the Champion of Drum Challenge Asia 2008 U-19 and is currently endorsed by Yamaha Drums.
As young as they could be, they are always going out there exploring new and creative ideas to their own brand of music.
