Faulty Battery Compartment

I have a friend who's Maton steel string that comes with a pickup have a problem..

Inside His guitar battery compartment, one of the metal pc broke off, it will be silly to change just the pickup, Anyone knows is there anyway to rectify the problem?

Any repair shop does that?
