Fade finishes on guitar tops - Poll..

I've always liked the idea of these fade finishes on guitar tops. What do you guys think? Are they a 'yay' or 'nay'?

For me, + points include the additional workmanship and effort to go into the paint jobs, the subtle transition of colours...

Any thoughts?

As with how sunset and earthly gradients are attractive, a natural looking gradient fade finish on a guitar would be as appealing as well.

Fades add more to the form factor of the guitar so for me, it's a big YAY!
