Fabrication is a music and video event presented by Lasalle Arts Management Students, kindly sponsored by The Substation and supported by WakeMeUp Music.

Fabrication is the coming together of many threads to form a fabric of creativity. As part of the closing act for Lasalle’s first-ever ‘Arts Management Diploma Show’, it features video art students Fadli (Lasalle) & Rudi (Lasalle) screening their works to the sounds of local indie-rock bands like Plainsunset (Alumnis Jon Chan & Sham), Kate of Kale and Winterhalter (Alumni Nick Chim).
This event is also a student initiative and solely run by a group of Arts Management Year Twos. This marks the beginning of artistic collaborations between disciplines, as well as current industry players and emerging talents in the arts.
Lasalle hopes to set a legacy of student-initiated projects through this event, showing off the best talents and bright minds the college has to offer throughout all faculties.

Fadli & Rudi: Currently in Level 2 of his Degree studies in the Faculty of Media Arts (Video Art).
Jon Chan: Lead vocalist/guitarist for ‘Plainsunset’ and Alumni of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
Sham: Guitarist for ‘Plainsunset’ and Alumni of the Faculty of Design.
Nick Chim: Guitarist for ‘Winterhalter’ and ‘Vertical Rush’, Alumni of the Faculty of Music.
