Hmm... but I think it's quite justifiable. These artistes/rockstars have only one mission for their concert (ok fine maybe two if you include making money), and that's to give their audience their bang for the buck and put up a good show. We can't expect them to put up a fantastic concert if they had squalid backstage conditions can we?

Haha I remember reading one of these articles too... regarding some metal band that created a list just to make life difficult for the event organisers. They requested virgins, sheep heads, drunk homeless man covered in blood and really really wierd objects that they said were required for their rituals. Then they stated in the last page that if it was impossible to get the above mentioned items the usual backstage stuff would do.

actually most of the requests are pretty reasonable and if you think about the cost involved its nothing compared to the rest of the production costs..

ozzys request is perfectly reasonable..would you rather a cancelled show if a doctor wasn't around?

Kinda give you a glimpse of what these people would have in their shopping carts. IF they do their own shopping at the supermarkets, that is.

Lots of them also seem to request for at least 1 jar of honey.

I read somewhere that honey is not exactly recommended because it tends to induce phlegm and it's like sticky or something, so not good for the throat.

But some others it definitely helps to soothe their throats and clear the lungs.

Well, I guess it works for some and it doesn't work for others.

Shall try it someday.

Don't tsk tsk at me but why is it that I seem to have more endurance singing in KTV than during jamming sessions eh?

Is it because in KTV, you tend to have more time to relax in between songs to let others sing too and during jam sessions, you don't and you have to kinda sing over the band sometimes?

Anybody has the same issues?
