hey FRIENDS! i just need some advice on a guitar im getting soon.. i have made up 2 final choices.. the esp eclipse II standard.. and the ltd deluxe h1001.. the specs are very similar.. but i found out that ltd are made from the lower end hardware/software compared to ESP.. that is why they are around half the price of an ESP... i need ure advice... is it worth it to save around 700++ to get an ESP guitar? or should i just settle with a higher end ltd?

...but i found out that ltd are made from the lower end hardware/software compared to ESP.. that is why they are around half the price of an ESP...

the LTD Deluxe series feature some named appointments; Earvana/ EMG/ Tonepros- these are not lower end features, definitely not. they are more economical than the ESP Std range namely because they are not made in Japan. the Deluxe models are the highest in the LTD tier.

dont be fooled by the term LTD. my ltd f-2e is really amazing. the ltd series are not as bad as you think. :D i would go for the eclipse but i just aint used to LP style. haha. so i'd go for the H series. and yeah. the dealers dont seem to carry any H series :/

From what I've heard, the higher-end LTDs rival the ESPs, yet cost far less. If I were you, I'd go for the LTD. Not just because I prefer LTD, but I also prefer the Horizons to the Eclipses.

But due to limited range here, I'd just snatch the LTD M series with the maple fretboard. Ooo la la...
