Hmm. Do you guys read reviews on UG? Apparently it is rated quite well over there... I for one havent really tried it yet though.. i tried one, for the price you pay, its good enough

but you cant compare it to a real lp

and very cheap parts, wont stay in tune. i usually have to re-tune after playing a few songs. i also cant set the action low, you'll only get buzz unless you set it high

basically its a beginners guitar, or if you really have a tight budget

dont buy it unless its dirt cheap like when its on a clearance sale hehehe

Most probably its price. Actually Epiphone reall have attractive prices, together with SL 50% sale..

avoid this guitar at all costs, i had one about 10yrs ago, pure crap then.
and it hasnt changed.
right now at that price range, SX will get you much better value.
