Epiphone Tom Delonge Signature

hi flamezz,

firstly, do u play punk rock only? bec of only 1 bridge pickup you may not have the versatility or choice of tone when it comes to this one. your m600 features 2 humbuckers on neck and bridge so you can choose from an array of tones combined.

in my opinion, the tom delonge sig just looks good on the outside, but still gre8 for punk rock music. i wouldn't vouch for the clean tone.

this guitar is currently on promo, it's about $800 unless the promo has ended (highly unlikely, i was @ BB showroom just days ago to collect my purchase, the promo tag is still on the guitar) & the online price is indeed the current, updated price. please call swee lee to confirm.

the worthiness of selling one's current guitar to get another, solely depends on one's objectives & needs 8-)

Thanks for your price update guys, cos it's a semi-hollow, I wanted to sell both my Ibanez AW and Cort m600 so as to have an 'all-in-one' kinda thing, is it practical to do that? Anyone had experience on the ES33 without plugging into an amp? Im not looking for a super nice acoustic tone though, just wanted to own one guitar that can handle both acoustic playing and overdrive.

neuro182 - I play mostly songs from The All-American Rejects. They fit the punk category right?

Should not be a problem :) But do take note of the limitations you might face, should you wanna play other genre of music in the future :)

a semi hollow guitar will not resonate like an acoustic guitar.

i also had this misconception that a semi hollow can produce sounds as loud as an acoustic guitar without an amp.

For me, get the ES335. It's better to have two pickup then one pickup. Trust me, I got just a bridge pickup guitar and it isn't good. Oh yeah, Tom Delonge guitar no tone, so, you are stick with that tone only.
