Epiphone LP Special II at CC

Hey all
I saw 02 brand new (still in cling wrap with box) Epiphone LP* Special II on display at Cash Convertors Toa Payoh. They're on their window display & going for $388 each. I dont think theres a hardcase or bag bundled with them.

Is this the usual price for these models?

Anyway, 1st thoughts is I wouldnt buy them from there cos
1. no warranty i believe
2. these guys dont know anything about guitars so any prblm youre on your own
3. it been out in the sun far too long

But then again, they do look tempting....

A lesson to be learnt here.... some things are definitely overpriced at CC.
