enquiries on rickenbacker

erm...any rickenbacker owner,can you please enlighten me on the 4 knobs?what are those? and the switch?is that for the neck and bridge pickup?
and does it warp easily? how bout the mono and stere output?how it works?

The rickenbacker is two single coil pickup two knobs correlate to each pickup.

One knob is tone, the other vol.

3 way switch, Neck pickup, Both, Bridge pickup

Neck is double truss rod so very durable.

Action is very nice when adjusted with the right tension according to the string gauge you choose.

Two output jacks, one is a normal jack, the second jack is for you to output to another speaker hence stereo.

I own a 4003, very solid bass, its in my collection for good.

Do you find the bellcover on the rear pickup quite zhor-teng? That's my only niggle with the bass, but it's down to preference la. I borrowed a White 4003 (Rick James replica) for a few weeks and I loved the tone, but the cover was quite irritating.

heh, i use it as my finger rest so no probs with tht one. You mite prefer the 4001, that one doesn't have the pickup cover.

Nope, no warps , like i said double truss rod very stable. And no, you can't remove the pickup cover.
