what distortion pedals would you recommend me if i'm using a guitar with EMG pickups ?

It's a matter of tonal preference, I feel. Besides, active pickups like EMGs are supposed to work very well with high-gain distortion. So perhaps you could start by getting a high-gain distortion pedal.
