hi, can a normal microphone amplifier system can be used as electric guitar amplifier?

Sure but the sounds that come out from it will sound like sheet. It'll just produce the sounds made by your guitar. Nothing more.

An amp / cab simulator normally found in many digital effects units eg the Line 6 Pod, used in between, might go some ways towards producing a usable tone.

A PA system can be used of course, but it is highly recommended that you get a amp or amp simulator (probably most multi effects) so that your tone would not be so dry/dull/dead
