Electric Acoustic into Headphone and PC

I have an acoustic guitar with a K&K pure western mini pickup (passive). I would like to plug into my com to do some recording n practicing.

so far from my research i think i have 2 options

Option 1:

VOX Amplug - however got so many choice, would the AC30 is suitable for acoustic guitar, just wondering if the sound will sound natural on acoustic guitar as it seems the VOX amplug is for electric guitar.

Option 2:
this is the cheap option. Fiio E3 or E5 but i need to use one of those jack adaptor for my guitar to 3.5mm output. but would this work? cos the Fiio seems to be for mp3 players.

any other suggestions... hope to keep the budget below $100

definitely not an vox amplug, it's really for electric guitars, can be quite distorted and heavy at times, and does nothing to justify your k&k pickups.

try DIs like lr baggs para, or zoom A2 or A2.1u if you have the money. A2.1u is great, can act as a a DI, effects, even usb interface to record the guitar directly with the computer. The A series are specifically for acoustic guitars.

line6 pods are more for electric guitars right?

I think the Line 6 POD studio GX is designed for electric guitars... So yeah I doubt it would be suitable for recording acoustic guitar.

thanks for the advice guys... i THINK i'm getting a clearer picture of what i need.

i'm looking for a really simple n basic set up. I've taken a look at the Zoom A2 n the LR Baggs DI... will certainly do the job but then exceed my budget n alot of the functions i don't think i'll be using/exploiting (for now) but i figured what i need is some sort of Preamp or a Audio Interface.

Something like:
Behringer Guitar Link UCG102 http://www.behringer.de/EN/Products/UCG102.aspx price online is about $70-90 n i think $100 in local stores.

Found one more: M-Audio Fast Track http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/FastTrack.html
any opinion? or similar suggestions
