why swee lee never reply e mails ?


i emailed them 2 days ago ... nothing ..and i even saw them surfing youtube the other day ...

Yes, I did email them before as well, the two branches. Only 1 of them replied, saying they will address my question. After that never heard from them again.

Nevertheless, I tried contacting them via phone. I was given an email address of the person I should contact. Now she replies almost immediately.

I guess it depends on who you email it to.
