Drum Loop program

Can anyone recommend me a software that produces drum loops? I just want something to play along to and record ideas with. Thanks.

band-in-a-box? not really a good choice if you wanna play heavy music, but I found it great for blues jazz and other styles like that. Not only got drums, but a full combo band running on midi. Just mute the bass and add in your own parts.

Dammit, my friend sent me a copy (yeah i'm cheap) and it couldnt run under XP. thats an error i get often. blah. thanks anyway

If I'm not wrong, your friend sent youan earlier version and yup that doesn't work on XP. Get the newer one la. I got it from a local dealer for 120.00 with upgrades all in. Desmond Moey. He's listed in the Dealers section.

Yeah i'm thinking of looking into buying one as the crack stuff dont work well in the first place.
