The standard drum keys usually come together with a kit, pedals or a snare.

There are many kinds of drum keys in the market. There's speed keys, wrenches, Evans torque key etc etc. Whenever you see drums, you can bet they carry drum keys too. Swee Lee, Ranking, Yamaha, Drums Resources. Go explore!

sadly i do not own a kit..
i jam every sat nite and those drums at the studios are really terrible sounding...
ive tune drums before(or maybe tighten those drum skin to achieve a decent tone..)

any kind soul out there willing to spare me drum key which i can use wherever i go? :X a standard drum key?

You could always borrow a drum key from the studio! They should always have one lying around.
Else, go over to ranking to check out their selection of keys! You could probably get a standard key for less than $10.
