Drilling of holes on body and neck.

Hi does anyone knows of any local luthier/ shop that does drilling of holes for strat body for Tremolo and holes on neck to join the neck on body? Thanks

Anyone has any idea roughly how much would it cost to drill the neck holes? I'm thinking of doing it myself but no confidence to do it
If it's not too costly, I might just have someone do it for me. Thanks!
