Does your fingers get calluses?

Just curious, if you've been playing guitar, does the tip of your fingers start to tear? haha. what do you guys do to rid of it?

it peels off after constant playing.this shows that you're pressing too hard.i dont think you can see this on a shredder's finger.

lol.. you'll get used to it. don't try to remove them, it'll act as a protection for ur fingers, helps u play longer without the sore-ness

actually it doesnt tear.but instead it hardens thats all.

but yeah now my left hand's fingers are pretty much hardened.
i used to complain so much about it but now the tearing makes me happy.
