greetings to all!! i am starting a thread on this sensitive topic because i feel that some ppl has misunderstood his words in some sorta way soo christians,regardless of catholics,JW,atheists,etcc,etcc can come down to this thread to debate and hopefully get to learn more abt christ,politics and stuff in some sorta way!! ^^ and i hope there would be no swear words when we are discussing about god cos it would be rather offending.... Soo..sooo!i'll start the ball rolling then!first i wanna emphasize that, the road to doom is wide while the road to eternal life is narrow,i dare say only a few gets to go through the narrow path..... it may seem crude but it's downright true...i strongly feel. ^_<

no matter how nice u put ur words up....sum people may just blurt out sumthing dumb...then there will be unnecessary arguements n hatred amongst us...so plzz.....watever it is..just keep it to urself.....
 
honestly, religion is not a topic to be debated on. it's not right. i mean, what's there to debate? it's all up to the individual whether he/she believes or not. maybe i am wrong, maybe this thread will help clear some doubts.. and i sure hope there won't be heated arguments.. oh well, i'm staying out of this one..cheers.
 
the best way to keep peace is to be secular. that's the underlying principal behind every forum that doesn't hinge on religon isn't it? It's the same reason why Singapore doesn't endorse any particular religon, or force anyone to subscribe to an "official" religon.

Everyone has a freedom to choose what they believe in, that's what makes the world such a diverse and multi-faceted place. This thread only serves to bring together different viewpoints that would only cause arguments and such. Why take such a risk when there isn't even any point to debating an issue of faith, which cannot and should not be proven?

Sorry if I sound harsh :oops:

but u kno wat stinks?some ppl r dissing other religions(except 4 theirs)
like they didnt kno tt such things called MANNERS n RESPECT exist in this world!!!

I guess if we want to touch a a very sensitive subject as this, maybe you want to reveal your real identity, as everyone knows HeartRock is Anthony, Soft is James etc etc. This is simply being able to be responsible for your words and action.

2. While forum is of publc domain, I would suggest your discussion remain within the realms of Singapore Law, and not be propogating things unlawful. Of course you may choose otherwise as your convictions lead you.

3. As this is sensitive, let not your contents affect, hurt or slander those who do not wish to be part of your discussion.
 
true, vaiyen. this thread started off wrong anyway. it was becos of a digression in another thread that was simply calling out to other like-minded musicians. It wasn't meant to be a debate or a discourse. Just like we have threads like blues guitarist gather, and those kinds...
