Thinking of making a bass practice pad for fun.
Not sure what wood to use though.
Any diy gurus have advice to offer?
Went to look for wood but diy stores sell maple boards that are too ex and too sturdy for the job, dun wanna waste extra effort sawing and nailing through that.
Daiso wood is too thin.
Feeling tempted to knock a plank off one of those pallets lying near a construction site -__-
Considering using chipboard since its cheap, but I've never worked with chipboard before. Wondering if sawing chipboard will cause it to chip and fall apart especially since my saw is bloody rusted and worn out.
Plus is chipboard sturdy enough?
