anyone here dig this band??..

its one of my favourites...cant wait for their new album to be release...

AND IF U WATCH THE MOVIE "THE ONE" JET LI .......OST ,,,,,,,AND THEY DO REMIX OF SHOUT BY TEARS FOR FEARS. :lol:
 
nu-metal....

ok..dun get all turn off when u guys hear the words nu-metal ok...disturbed is a totally heavy impact and high energy band..

just like slipknot...they r classify under nu-metal...but they r nt exactly nu-metal...

their newest album named Ten Thousand Fists will be release in Sept 20..but im lucky to be able to hear a preview of the album and i can say its a real good one to me...

I got their new album a couple of weeks ago. havent listened to it much though.

parasite_eve - I used to have this game on playstation and it had that woman singign and everything caught on fire and there were zombie rats and clowns. weird and scary game!

cool...u should listen man...i like it alot...dunno about u...

and i have tt game too...it aint as scary as resident evil or fatal frame la...haha...just that the boss abit hard to fight only...
 
These kinda bands ARE Nu Metal bro, like it or not. Their style is an evolution off the "original" styles of Heavy Metal & its sub-genres. And most of the time when there is a "cross-cultural" breed of Metal & some other style, 70% of the time it will land in the category of Nu Metal, no matter how unique they r. I'd call Slipknot Rap Metal, i put it as a sub-genre of Nu Metal hahahah! Bt u know what? Evn if i'd been totally a disshead & used to cuss & swear at such bands, they have now earned my respect bcoz i'v grown & maturity has caught up w/ me :D Originality & Creativity is what counts! :supz:

ya...its the orignality and the creativity that really measures the good music...i dun get why ppl start to dislike a band when they have nt even really heard about them...
