Dinged off Finish on Acoustic

Hi all, I own a Maton acoustic, and I'd like to ask, if the finish on the neck is dinged off, exposing the wood, would the wood start to absorb the moisture around, causing it to warp after some time? Where can I get the finish fixed at a good price?

In short, there is more of a possibility of perspiration and dirt from your hands contaminating the wood and preventing any subsequent repairs from being successful than causing it to warp.

If you are adept with your hands, filling it with superglue will do in a pinch and prevent further damage. Read this link:
