no its pretty minor. but i'm just wondering if its possible to do it by yourself instead of looking for professional help since its not a serious ding. like the stuff u need and the steps to patch the ding up. its actually a really small ding, caused by accidentally hitting the tip of a screw driver on the surface. so thats roughly the size. its not obvious at all but its just lingering in mind for a few days already on damaging my guitar.
haha, best way and cheapest way to mend a ding is to make more dings, get it reliced, so that that small ding wont look so lonely without friends, and then add some fire to it and it might actually go up in resale value..
HAHA i would if mine was like a sunburst strat. but mines a white les paul! anyway, i've heard that using brushing nail polish over the ding and letting it cure works, because nail polish's main ingredient is nitrocellulose lacquer. but, will the other ingredients inside the nail polish damage the finish?
