digital tuner in zoom 707 not in standard tune??

Hi all,
is it possible that the tuner in the zoom 707 could be not in the standard tune?? I haven't used it much and i tune my guitar to the tuning of the zoom 707, i feel that the pitch is a little higher and also not in perfect tune among all the strings. I checked with the pitch of the records, and also with other softwares such as GP5, etc.

If if this is possible, how do i fix it??
