I usually go to the ATMs at the banks themselves. Personally I feel ATMs in residential areas (especially HDB areas) are not as well maintained and they always dispense 'old' money (paper, and often with little tears). Also, the banks also have the passbook update machines so I can get my passbook updated at the same place too. Just have to queue up long long sometimes...

yea mine's at the mrt just outside their bank outlet.. anw yea i've already thrown away any more ideas of walking there again
